The facility was not able to assist me due to my current does not recognize that facility. The staff was professional explained the issue and very apologetic.

I was seen almost immediately, found the testing thorough and the manager very friendly, eager to please, and highly skilled. Although I did not buy new hearing aids, she adjusted my old ones so well that they were better driving home than they were when new. My only complaint does not apply to the Clinton shop service, but to hearing aid companies generally: good hearing aids are too expensive for many who need them to afford. As we get older and need more medical services and devices, our incomes often get reduced by circumstances just at the time we need them most. The recent flood of OTC hearing aids may help, but I have not tried the OTC kind, so I cannot offer an opinion on how well they work. Tom Jackson

The lady who conducted the hearing tests was very thorough. She explained everything in detail as she went along. She found one problem that I needed to see an ENT about. I was very pleased.

Mom my was received with such wonderful customer service even though we were 10 minutes late for our scheduled appointment. Both the receptionist and the doctor were very pleasant, professional and informative. Thank you Dr. Everett and staff.
