After my first appointment, I knew I was in good hands . Lauren listened and answered all my questions and explained everything. Such a great caring personality! Thank you. Bree was awesome also.

Had a cyst removal done here this afternoon. Couldn’t have asked for a more friendly and accommodating staff and Dr. Glass made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions I had. Ended up being a smooth process despite my anxiety and now awaiting my appointment for stitches to be removed. I definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a dermatologist. A+ experience from me.

I’ve seen Ann-Marie twice, she definitely listens and explains well. She also takes time to explain any next steps. I arrived extra early today and was called back after only about 5 minutes. Super happy with my visit today.

Ive booked 3 appointments here, only 1 of those happened as scheduled. 2 were canceled, for the last canceled appointment they didn't bother to notify me! I drove 30min, arrived on time, only to be rudely told that my appointment was canceled. Front desk claimed to have called me twice, but I have no call history to back that up. She didn't even apologize NOR did she offer a reschedule option. When I asked if she was going to give me reschedule dates, she acted pained by doing her job. I can forgive the doctor not being in office, but no communication and a rude front desk girl. No thanks, I'm not going back.

They were on time for my appt. Matthew was very easy to talk to and very professional. Dr. Glass introduced herself to me that was great. Nice to know the actual practioner.
