This place is ridiculous I had to pick my daughter up from school bring her all the way back to Clinton, appointment was at 9 walked in the door at 9:14 stood at the window for 5 minutes while one lady was helping another in the check out window and the other lady in the check in window is is just sitting there on the phone not bothering to try and check me in finally the lady at the check out window leaves somebody from that window does my check in just for them to say we hold your appointment for 15 minutes then cancelled it so obviously done it while I was there waiting on YOU!!!!!!! I’m not paying you 50 bucks cause I’m waiting on you following your window directions and you not even following what u preach if the lady on the phone in the check in window would acknowledge me I would of

Highly recommend this place, my daughter and I drive an hour away from Fayetteville to get care from Dr.John and Libby! We appreciate your kindness and patience and dedication to your patients.

This place reschedule my appointment and then when I finally confirm my appointment a day in advance they just said that I need to confirm with two days in advance. Today is Tuesday I confirm Monday and they are not open Sundays. Also awfully costumer services.

Only giving them one star because of the office manager, Crystal. I went for my regular cleaning, needed some fillings and at first everything was great. However, weeks passed and I still felt pain where they did my filling. I would call the front office staff and although I had pain they did not want to give me an appointment because the Dr. Patels schedule was full. I tried to be understanding because I used to work as a front desk associate for a medical office. But the pain would just not go away. I got a second opinion from another dentist. They told me they had not done my filling properly. Im not sure how to rate this place as I'm not a patient. I did schedule a callback for an appointment for a broken tooth. I have insurance and told them I'd have it for them when I arrived because I didn't know where it was at the moment and would more than likely have to call blue cross. I was informed at that point that they can't schedule an appointment with out my insurance information. OK. I asked what they did for cash paid patients and they have to pay upfront in full to schedule an appointment. I'd have happily let her put a hold on my card for 100 dollars to simply schedule my appointment till I could give them my insurance information when I could find it. Yet they wanted either something I couldn't provide at the moment. Or the full amount of the dental fix. Its hard to unders
