Goshen Medical Center - Clinton Medical

If I could give no stars, I would. My husband went here for his first appointment today and has been in there three hours. I’ve never had to sit in a Goshen office that long. This is beyond ridiculous. I called to see what was going on, since he left his phone in the car and whoever answered, said I don’t know and laughed, so I got mad and hung up. Three hours for some basic blood work and a urine sample is beyond ridiculous. I will not be coming to this place again and I’m going to the other office near by.

Worst experience ever! We went to get tested for Covid on 9/30/2021, because I had been sick for two weeks now. My gf Cortney tested negative but I tested positive. I got a text on Saturday stating someone tested positive for Covid. The nurse at this place told us since we lived together we could use one phone number for contact. We used mine. Saturday I got a text stating that a positive came back. Of course we didn’t know if it was Cortney or myself. Of course Cortney had court today and they called ME at 530pm to tell me I was positive. Mind you we live together and we called up to the doctor office at 1pm. Spoke to God knows who and they told me I was positive but I had to call. We explained to the lady that cortney had court today but because she was exposed to Covid that she needed t

My appt was at 4:30pm I'm still here in a room... Nobody has came and checked on me and I'm getting VERY ILL ... this is not the way you treat people... Not to mention it is 6:02pm they are closed officially now and I'm still back here, nobody has came and checked on me, also they lady who brought me back was very rude...
