I would put 0 stars if I could! No compassion or care for the patients who enter through the door. People with disabilities are already treated so differently day-to-day by everyone. Office like this should be a SAFE space but instead, one gets treated like their concerts or issues do not matter. Was provided defective hearing aids and nothing is being done about it. Each time a call is made to the office, its either put on hold or dismissed as if the problem don’t matter and as if I don’t need these hearing needs to literally function throughout the day. Now I’m put in extremely difficult situation to get another set of hearing aids without the accountability from the office! Not a phone call, not even simple acknowledgment of my problems or issues with the hearing aids. Please do not co

Called ahead to find they had specific walk in hours. When I arrived Ted quickly helped me with replacing my rechargeable batteries. He also thoroughly cleaned my hearing aids and installed new filters. Can't say enough good thing's.

Very quick procedure and when though my appointment is 1 hour later, they graciously let me start earlier with my wife

Very pleasant experience with both the receptionist and the doctor. I was worried because my hearing loss is not so bad the doctor wouldn’t take me seriously, but after test he explained it’s my high frequency hearing is very poor it’s not just me feeling like I can’t hear. Already recommended family to this practice. Such a nice staff who make you feel very comfortable the whole time. Recommend to anyone questioning their hearing to stop in and get an exam!
