It is always a pleasure to encounter someone who clearly takes their work seriously and performs it with genuine compassion. Teresa (Tee) was exceptionally helpful in ensuring that my mother was properly scheduled for her appointments, and she consistently kept me informed of any cancellations in order to secure an earlier appointment for her. I watch how efficient the 2 ladies at the front desk do their work. Lynette was out this week at another location so I observed Teresa handled everything alone as if she had 6 hands. Both ladies are very professional taking extra steps to fulfill every patients needs. I highly grade both of these ladies to the highest degree in all their work ethics!!]]

I cannot recommend Healthlink Physical Therapy-Northeast highly enough. They surpass a ten and most especially my therapist, Matthew Lopez. Matthew has a remarkable ability to keep you motivated, is always encouraging and has your safety as a top priority in all the activities you undertake. He makes you feel like his highest priority patient and a comfort level of absolute trust and belief in his guidance makes you believe you can accomplish anything he helps you to achieve. The office staff is friendly, personable and professional, as are all the other therapists as well. Matthew, you have my heartfelt thanks.
