Lucky Night. It was empty. In and Out in about 10 -15 minutes for Ear Infection. Receptionist polite and the practitioner who saw me was very polite and friendly - very pleasant visit despite the reason, especially since the team was nearing closing and 2 others checked in after me - I apologized for bringing the crowd 😬😂 I know not every visit goes this quick and smooth so I appreciated each minute there!

My mistake was not reading these reviews first!! I don’t usually write reviews but the way we were treated yesterday was so Unacceptable I felt compelled to!! I am a Healthcare Provider who has worked in direct patient care for the last 23 years. Prior to that I started my career in the office doing receptionist/billing/insurance/collections work, etc…To say that I was ABSOLUTELY Appalled at how Rude, Dismissive, Condescending, Unprofessional, and the overall Unwillingness to help the Receptionist displayed towards us is an Understatement!! I would NEVER treat or talk to a patient in the tone with such attitude as she did us. I didn’t get her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag, scrub top or even a jacket/sweatshirt with the company name/logo on it. She was just wearing a street swe

I couldn't say enough GOOD things about this office. Everyone there was extremely friendly and professional. They diagnosed and treated my issue quite efficiently. They were very thorough and explained everything to me. Thank you to all of the staff from the front desk to the provider! I'm so appreciative of the excellent care I received.

Wasn’t seen here because the person at the front desk was so rude to me for absolutely no reason. She couldnt tell me if they should see me or if I should go elsewhere and kept repeating herself rather than being helpful or asking a provider if I should go elsewhere. After I decided to tell my husband she said you didnt let me finish speaking, after only repeating herself many time it seemed as if she had nothing else to say, which is why I made the decision to go elsewhere. Then the other person at the desk yelled BYE. Very rude for absolutely no reason whatsoever.

I am written this review as I sit in the room at the clinic. I have never experienced a more unprofessional/rude person in my life at an urgent care. HALEY the greeter at the door is the rudest person I have ever dealt with and I recommend she be RETRAINED. I called because I stepped on a rusted nail and I just wanted to come in for a tetanus shot. I called around 2:15 and spoke to Hailey and she stated that they do provide tetanus shots but I have to come in soon if I wanted to be seen because they closed at 4:00.
