Health Connections

My experience started with a call to the Cotton O'Neal Express Care North. I went through the automated prompts, and I was redirected to Health Connections at Stormont Vail. After, what seemed, to be an fair hold time, I was greeted by Kayla. From there, it went down hill. I explained my situation and during the remainder of the call I was met with lackluster service. A normally polite, "I'm sorry", was clearly an empty platitude that sounded like it was regurgitated by necessity. When I asked if they could help me find what I was looking for, I was met with a frustrated attitude, complete apathy, and a flat out no. For reference, I accidentally called the First Days Clinic afterward and was given more information than anything Kayla could muster. The First Days Clinic is for new Mothers..
