I've been a patient of Dr. Bipat for about 4 years now. In 65 years she's my first female GP. I appreciate her promptness and conscientiousness of my time. Her staff is professional and pleasant. I am very satisfied with how thorough she is. The only thing that bothers me is having to come in every 3 months for a refill prescription.

This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When I arrived for my appointment, no one greeted me—just a cold statement that “the doctor won’t see you because you’re past the grace period.” I checked my watch and was not late. Still, I was dismissed without so much as a conversation. To make matters worse, the office manager came out and was equally rude—never acknowledged me, never asked what happened, never offered any assistance. As a long-time patient who has always shown up on time and extended grace when they’ve been running behind, I’m deeply disappointed by the lack of respect and professionalism shown today. My primary care is Dr. Kanika Hampton she is very thorough, kind, very professional she always takes time to answer any questions that I may have.
