I had to go for a minor throat surgery on 3/4/26 This was my first time going to this hospital I live in Bullhead City so this is a drive for me , First impression the Hospital is beautiful and clean, The admission person wasnt the friendliest but it was very early in the morning, once I got to the surgery floor I was taken straight back to a room, it took some time to get prepaired for surgery about an hour, then another hour to get in for surgery My Doctor was Dr.Prater, Very Professional I wouldn't go to any other ENT Doctor, my OR Nurse Britney, my CRNA ( the one who put me to sleep ) Gabe, Recovery nurse Desiree and my discharge NurseTanya Where the greatest group of people i couldn't have asked for a better group of care givers. Kristen and Tami have been my main nurses while I have been here at HRMC. Ther are nothing short of amazing!!! I have been treated so well since I have been here. If I could give this place ten stars, I gladly would. My loved one has received the highest quality care and has continuously been met with grace and dignity. Not only is the medical care team first class, but everyone from the maintenance staff to the greeters are kind and welcoming. They also provide free coffee and it’s fresh! I highly recommend the Havasu Regional Medical Center and am so grateful for the healing they provide.

There's an older nurse in L&D her name is Katherine, that is absolutely awful. They had a very hard time getting my epidural in place (over an hour and two separate anesthesiologists) and she flipped me on my side and pulled it out of place. I was in excruciating pain on the entire right side of my body and my cervix started to close. She stepped out to call Weise and came in and started pushing me to choose a c section because, "she didn't get paid enough to sit there all night" with me. She needs serious re training or to retire.

I LOVED IT! When I was reading the reviews of the hospital, I was so terrified if I would visit the ER or not. But when I actually went to the ER, things were very different. The first appointment was unpleasant. I waited for three hours and I did not receive any help. The second appointment I got was very good. I did not have to wait. The practitioners and specialists admitted me to the ER and gave me appropriate medications and treatment. I am so happy and satisfied with the experience! Everyone is so kind. The staff is so humble and supportive. They understood my problems and were not at all rude. Thank you so much everyone! The desk aid, the practitioners, nurses, doctors, and radiologists!
