The front desk staff absolutely deserve 5 stars. they were kind, welcoming, & very comforting. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist was the complete opposite. I was referred by my dentist for an emergency abscessed tooth, yet the dentist I met here acted confused about why I was there. After pleading with him to simply remove the tooth, instead of sending me home with more antibiotics, because I was already on antibiotics, he jammed a large needle directly into the painful tooth without any numbing gel or warning. he then claimed they “don’t have” & “never heard of” what numbing gel is, which is simply just not true. The entire process was extremely rough, careless, & unnecessarily painful. He then attempted to prescribe me Motrin, even though I had already explained I was taking

Everyone in the office is really nice , all of my questions were answered & I was able to be scheduled for all of my appts quickly & not far out. The procedure went good too

I highly recommend Dr. Shinwari and his team! He has tended to the Oral Surgery needs for both of my children with great care, expertise, and a comforting bedside manner. Also, his reception team and assistants are always friendly, caring, and happy to answer any questions. We felt very comfortable at his office during the procedures, and both kids had very good experiences during and afterward when healing. Thank you, Dr. Shinwari!

I called to make a last minute appointment and the ladies in the front Abby, Ileana and Mayra were so accommodating and helpful! Once I got to the office they greeted me with such great and positive attitudes I just knew I was in the right place. I have dental anxiety but Dr shinwari and his surgery assistants put me right at ease and made me feel so comfortable. I will refer this office to any and everyone I know!

Worst office staff ever! No respect of patients’ time! They don’t have enough place to put patients, but keep making appointments! I always have to call to check up on results; office never calls. They just think saying sorry would make up for everything!
