This practice is not known for their customer service. I probably see my doctor every two years. He has been acceptable. It's the operation itself. I have experienced better general services elsewhere than what I have experienced here. They terminated their services for my wife for no apparent reason. We have never known a practice to actually do that. The manner in which the termination of their services was done was also not professional. I like my doctor, and will continue here for a while longer. However, I will consider another practice when practicable. I am not accustomed to changing health doctors frequently. Especially now that I am in my 50s. Caveat Emptor.

This used to be a great medical practice. No longer. The way that they have handled the transition of one doctor leaving and another retiring can only be described as unprofessional and uncaring. While originally told that a new doctor would be hired and take over the existing patients, instead nurse practitioners are being used. Not the best option, but okay, I'll give it a try. No communication to patients---take it or leave it option. I liked the nurse practitioner. I show up for my appointment today to find out that NP is now working only 2 days a week and now here is a new person whose last name I still don't know. She just appeared in the room.The original NP was there and my expectation was that I would see her. Zero communication and frankly they could have cared less. Af

I've been reading these reviews and decided to share my experience as well. I've been going to this group for at least 15+ years, my doctor left to strike out on his own maybe 3-4 years ago. Since then, I've been bounced from NPR to NPR, they only seem to stay around for 6 months and then leave. The newest NPR I've only seen once, she's never around. Well, I had two tele visits during Covid lockdown and I had asked the doctor that did those online visits if he would take me on as a patient. He declined. On my last in person visit, I asked same doctor again if he would take me on as a patient, I expressed my concerns about getting bounced from NPR to NPR and at my age (I haven't had a real psychical in at least two years) I would like to have a doctor. THE WORST EXPERIENCE at any doctors office. Dr. Master puts me on an antibiotic for a month, I’ve only experienced worse symptoms sense my last FACETIME not even real appointment. I call to make a follow up appointment because my symptoms are worse sense starting antibiotic and they try to tell me they have never received ANY PAYMENT from me ever. So I call back with ALL of my receipts and proof that I have PAID AND UP TO DATE just to get a response of “it’s nice that you have proof, but on our end it isint showing so we’re not going to be able to see you and we’re gonna have to discontinue you as a patient” As I’m STILL on an antibiotic prescribed by them!!! DOCTORS AND STAFF HERE HAVE NO REGAURD FOR THEIR PATIENTS HEALTH AT ALL! They put you on an antibiotic just to leave you with wors

They have turned over their staff.. The women running the office now are excellent!! So friendly and helpful. I do not usually write reviews, but the turnaround has been incredible!
