I had a physical as a new patient here with Dr Peterson and I cannot say enough good things about her! Also from checking in to checking out everyone I spoke to was super nice and personable. If you are looking for a primary care, especially as a young adult potentially worried about if your doctor will be a good fit, I highly highly highly recommend this group and Dr Peterson.

Overall good. I like my dr but if you sick and call and can’t get in till 3 weeks later. They say they can’t write you a note for missing work because they didn’t see you when for first called. How does this makes sense? You tell me

This place has gone downhill since I’ve become a patient. Can’t get a physical for the year 2023, annual physical and can’t get in until 01/2024? Absolute insanity. Tried to schedule a post ER visit for a mini-stroke/TIA and was told that I could see the APRN same day. They call back saying APRN doesn’t take my insurance. Why would your scheduling staff not know what the doctors take? I shouldn’t have to go to an urgent care because your doctors take on more patients than they can handle. Not professional and not okay. Will be looking for a new doctor in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The staff has been beyond amazing throughout my mother’s Cancer fight. The doctors are great and very attentive, and the reception staff are all very polite and friendly! But its the nurses and lab technicians that really are a credit to their profession! They make an otherwise sad, scary and terrible situation much more bearable. All in all a great place to entrust your, or your loved one’s, care to!

The desk staff frequently doesn’t know what the doctor schedule is scheduled wrong dates that the doctor can not make , so rescheduling is needed. The front desk staff is rude, and inflexible on being a few minutes late despite then having to sit I. The office waiting room and do nothing till the doctor sees you. The front desk staff does not know the difference to ask if you filed out the online If you tell her you didn’t have the “ paperwork “ she cancels your appointment Never bothering to ask if it was done prior or online . . I wish I could address the actual medical service, but I have no intention of placing my health in the hands of an office who can’t properly do intake . And Are rude when you explain that you had to take days off work because of their error ,
