Shelby, our massage therapist, is truly exceptional. She is incredibly attentive, always checking in to understand how clients are feeling and focuses on problematic areas. The variety of techniques (deep tissue, cupping, scraping, etc.) employed has yielded significant benefits for my wife and I. I have experienced improvements in chronic wrist, back and shoulder pain. The relief and range of motion improvements arenoticeable after each sessions. Shelby is accomadating to our schedules and creates a welcoming and comfortable environment. We always look forward to seeing her.
