Despite being located in the Crystal Mall as it prepares to close, LensCrafters continues to provide outstanding service. Their selection of glasses is impressive, accommodating a variety of budgets without compromising on quality. The staff are extremely professional and do not pressure customers to make a purchase. I have been informed that the store will be moving to New London once the mall closes, and I intend to continue visiting them at their new location.

LensCrafters in the Crystal Mall went above and beyond with my repair. Donovan took the time to assess what happened, fixed some other issues too and was extremely helpful in answering my questions. They were also very accommodating to me having my hands full with my 3 year old daughter! Great to hear they will still be in the area after the mall closes, highly recommend!
