Excellent service. All the techs are very good and knowledgeable as well as compassionate. They took very good care of my animals, and care enough to make follow up calls on their own accord. Slightly more expensive than my old vet, but sometimes you get what you pay for. My cat is usually nervous and skittish to new people, but he felt comfortable after his first visit here. They even take time to clean/disinfect your carrier! It’s clear the actual Veterinarian has a lot of experience/knowledge in his field. He was very good at handling my pets, gentle but also stern. Takes the time to answer any question you have and explain things to you (actually encourages you to ask questions so you can have a better understanding to care for your pet). My cats Both got vaccinated and neutered here. The staff was great and very helpful with recovery details and information. My cats both now are fat and thriving with a beautiful recovery and minimal scaring . Definitely recommending this vet!

After TWO YEARS of taking my cat to this doctor for the same urinary pain problem, he has failed to do anything at all to help her. Every time I call with an update on her condition I'm told by a vet tech to collect a urine sample they can test (any of you who have a cat know collecting a pee sample is like trying to catch lightning in a bottle). I previously asked the office for help doing this and they outright refuse. I told the tech I had a urine sample tested already with this office for this same problem and they didn't find anything. Tech becomes rude, dismissive, and tells me that I "absolutely need to bring her in". I ask the tech what they are going to do when I bring her in, if they're not willing to help me collect a sample, and she says "well we'll observe her and give her ant
