Harris Teeter Pharmacy

Ok so long story short about 2 years ago I had issues with meds coming up short so my wife and I started counting our meds as soon as we picked them up. We switched pharmacies over to Harris teeter in California MD and about the 4th month in my wife's meds came up 1 short. She called and spoke to the pharmacy employee and she said I'm sorry I'm just a fill in and the machine that counts them sometimes one will bounce out hold on let me check she says. She gets back on the phone and said mam I apologize I have it just come back in and I'll give it to you. So my wife goes up and picks it up it was in a bottle with no laybal which is illegal then she gets home another Harris teeter pharmacy employee calls her very rudely says my wife is a liar. Very expensive prescription, even after insurance. Pharmacy tech took the initiative, without me asking, to find a discount code. Reduced the price substantially! Awesome customer service!

So happy I found this pharmacy!! Very nice.

These people will work with you when the the MDs office drops the ball.
