Patriot Urgent Care - California MD

This was by far one of the best urgent care experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. I was seen quickly, and the nurse and provider were both kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. The facility was clean, communication was excellent, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire visit. I would absolutely recommend this urgent care and would not hesitate to return if needed- Mike C.

This location was always amazing even before the acquisition. First visit after the acquisition and it was just as good! Fast friendly and clean !!! I stopped in to get an xray and it took me about 30 mins from check in to check out . I broke my pinky lol

I would give the staff and P.A. 5 stars. They were extremely nice and the P.A. was very thorough. We had to wait 3 hours though when my son had the flu. They only had one provider and she was doing the best she could. But, it was frustrating to have to wait that long.

The wait time could have been better. We had an appointment at 9:30 and weren’t called back until 9:45. However, the PA, Danielle, was excellent and helped us feel more confident in our ability to care for the injury. She was able to answer all my questions and didn’t rush us at all.

The staff were professional and caring people from the front desk to the physician. The visit was thorough and straightforward with normal wait time even as a walk-in patient. They took care of both my daughter and I.
