I do not appreciate getting the brush-off when I was merely trying to give the doctor a little background info because I feel it was relevant to what was going on with me. Instead of offering an explanation or any sort of empathy, she merely brushed me off with an "I get it, I get it" and didn't want to hear any more. I also didn't appreciate how cold and clinical she or the nurse was or how brusque her front desk person was. My husband didn't have the same experience as I did (he had a different nurse), but because of the experience I had, we WILL NOT BE RETURNING to this doctor (Dr. Gupta) and are back in the market for another PCM due to switching our insurance at the end of last year. Annual physical with Dr. Maunank Patel. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Patel was personable, engaging, and prepared to discuss the results of my blood and urine results with me. He went through the individual results with me, noting whether, each was good or needed to be monitored and improved. He made me a copy of my results to take with me, annotated with his comments, for my records. He asked me about my general health and any changes or complaints/concerns. He asked about my medications and provided input. He checked blood pressure and listened to my breathing and my heart. I have been going here for a few years now, but this was my first visit with my new Primary Care Physician, Dr. Charles Sandor. Dr. Sandor is very personable and attentive. He listens well to what you’re saying, and interacts in a very engaging manner. My son is new to the area, and is looking for a new primary care doctor, and I recommended Dr. Sandor wholeheartedly. I have found the quality of healthcare to be quite good in the 10 years that I have lived here, but Dr. Sandor has raised that to a whole new level indeed. I’m looking forward to managing my health regimen with him for many years to come.

My Dr is one of the most caring I've encountered in my 72 years of health care. He projects a genuine interest and concern for my well being whether or not my symptoms are directly related to his expertise or not. He wants to know the whole story not just what involves him as so many doctors do today. I'm so glad I found him. You would be too. His name is Dr Merkerghee.
