it's very difficult to understand some of the doctors.... some have very poor english, it's terrible. You wait a long time, just to speak to someone you dont understand.

Very small waiting area, no little tables for kids to play at, but i guess with COVID, is better this way. We didn't wait long for our 8:30 appointment. We arrived at 8:15.

This place is so inconsistent. I don't remember ever seeing a doctor . Misdiagnosed family more than a couple of times. Sometimes they draw blood other times they tell you no. The nurse practitioners never seem to know what they are talking about. Very impersonal never get the same person more than once. Literally say their family practice nothing seems further from the truth. Last time they got mad because I asked them to drug one because they can do it here but there you just want to send you to do it somewhere else that makes no sense from a customer perspective. I will be removing my entire family from this practice after I leave here today. Extremely rude sounding. One lady was however very nice. I'm assuming she will be gone soon

If I could give this place a negative stars instead of 1, they don’t even deserve it. Any parent out there DO NOT ❌🛑🆘 DO NOT even bothered on taking your children to this place. I have never been more disappointed in my life very upset with the doctors and staff at this place. I am not sure where this doctors (Victor Fernandez)got their degree but I’m sure he just bought on the dark web. Super unprofessional need to be more educated, English super terrible. In front of children he calls them obese and point out how they are supper over weight. Waiting already a week for a referral to the orthopedic do to my child having a broken foot. Husband had to called twice to pressure them so send it out. I been with facility for years and I had enough of their unprofessionalism.

Stephanie Lachuga is THE BEST! She actually cares and remembers you!(you're not just a # on a chart! ) She does adult care also, so our whole family is honored/grateful to have her.
