Hannaford Pharmacy

Super clean and bright inside. We'll stocked, lots of variety, reasonable prices. And, i built all the windows for this store. I think it was about 30 years ago. I cant exactly recall.

I am always so baffled by the kind, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff at Hannaford pharmacy. These folks are in a league all of their own!! They provide the most exceptional service of any pharmacy I’ve ever been to!! They willingly offer coupons to find the best prices and answer any and all questions with a smile. If you’re looking for a pharmacy, you won’t find a better one in central, Vt. Heidi and all of her staff are absolutely wonderful!!!

Five star staff. But they need more hands on deck! I tried to renew a prescription and they were out of the medicine. They said call tomorrow. Well you can call but all you’ll do is leave a message that never is returned. I’ve left message three times and never any response. The lines are sometimes literally out the door and the waits are really long. Your staff is great, just please hire more of them!!!

This is the third time we have filled new medications there and they never call to inform it’s out of stock and then we are waiting days for the medication. They do not do things in a timely manner the staff is great but their way of doing things is completely backwards. We are pushing over 72 hours of not having medication and they keep informing me it’s coming but I am also finding out mid day so I can’t get them anywhere else. Just very frustrating I wish they would change their processes so it would be more streamline.

A big thank you to Heidi, the pharmacy manager, for being so helpful when my mother forgot her medication while visiting. She made it a stress-free experience, and Joanne was also very kind.
