Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I had an amazing experience at this Spa. From the front desk staff to my massage therapist, everyone was friendly, accommodating, and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. As I am Blind, the front desk, staff were very accommodating and made everything accessible and treated me with dignity and helped me fill out all pertinent paperwork. Everyone was very friendly and attentive and helped me get where I needed to go. My massage therapist, Leena, gave me a fantastic massage, listened to all of my needs and was very friendly and also was very thorough. She was very good at targeting exactly the areas that I needed her too. As a Blind massage therapist herself, I feel that she was very much able to be a tune to exactly what my body needed, and it was very refreshing to be able to receive

I have been going here for years and think my masseur Freddy is the best. He always listens and not only gives a great massage, he always has exercises or tips on how to alleviate any pain I share with him. Freddy is the best! The front desk people are always friendly and helpful and the coconut water in the waiting area is a great. The estheticians giving facials are also very good and always willing to share knowledge. I have bought many products recommended by Jade. She sees what works well for me and recommends what to buy. Parking is also ample and free. a big advantage in Austin. This is a great place and a good find in ATX.

The experience with the esthetician, Anna, was amazing. However, the front office is shady. We were overcharged for upgrades that were not approved and there was a lack of disclosure regarding credits and the associated fees. The customer service provided over the phone was incredibly poor with rude and snippy responses over an issue created by the office itself.

Steph is an amazing massage therapist. Outstanding skills, customer service, and very intuitive! My body always feels so wonderful after our sessions!!!

Yulissa exceeded my expectations for my facial. She was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and took time to explain all the details about the status of my skin and the best way to care for it. It was a super relaxing facial! Highly recommend!
