On October 3rd , 2024 I spoke to Dr Moore about bringing my 24-year-old cat in for a complete exam, blood work, teeth cleaned and ears cleaned out. I told her under no circumstances to give my cat a rabies vaccine. That she was having difficulty breathing and one of the side effects of a rabies vaccine is respiratory problems. Dr Bradler screams in the background it's the law. I then joked around and said I would do the jail time, not give my cat a rabies vaccine. I dropped my cat off at 8:00 a.m. on October 4th with instructions, NO SHOT She is an indoor cat and it's not the most important thing in the world right now. I took our adopted kitten in for 1st round vaccines and neuter. I was greeted like an old friend, even though it was my first visit. The next day , on a visit to check on our kitten , I was greeted by Dr. Bradler , the veterinarian, who not only explained the treatment plan in detail , but took me on a tour of their state of the art facility. I was blown away by every staff members compassion for the animals , and their professionalism. What a wonderful place , full of wonderful people. My experience was not a good one , culminating in dbl billing and no invoice and attitude directed at me when I questioned about not issues. Not helpful at all and I’ll be choosing another veterinarian. They conveniently located near my home but not even that would compel me to return.

Dr. Bradler and her team are the best! We are so thankful for the thorough, kind, and knowledgeable care our dog receives at this practice. The front desk staff are so helpful and understanding when fielding questions and making appointments- we always feel supported and they make sure we are able to be seen! The vet techs are skilled and patient and treat our dog with care! Dr. Bradler has a wealth of knowledge and makes recommendations in the best in interest of your pet. She has helped us diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions. She always makes sure we have the information needed to make the best decisions for our dog and cares about the outcome of all treatment. We are so grateful to Hampstead Animal Hospital for the quality care they provide- highly recommend!
