Lauren is an angel! She is an absolutely amazing massage therapist who also truly cares for her clients. As a registered nurse, she brings a deep understanding of the body and it truly shows in her work. She is also able to do abdominal work, lymphatic massage, singing bowls (love!) and reiki. She created the massage room to feel like a safe, warm and comforting space. I always love seeing her and highly recommend her to anyone I know!
