Pierpan Family Dentistry

Love love love everyone at Dr Pierpans in Hampstead! On this particular visit, I had to bring my 10 year old who has some challenges to manage. She isn’t even a patient of theirs, but they know her by name and respect her unique needs. The staff was so willing to accommodate any way they were able to get us in and out and cared for. Audrey is an angel, working efficiently and always incredibly kind and compassionate. And I can’t for get about Katheryn… amazing human and always makes me feel as I’m part of her family! Really appreciated Rosemarie’s attentive and informative style. Very sweet annd kind. Always enjoy Dr Monica’s approach, her experience and friendly personality . My husband and I will continue to come back because we trust her. As an area to improve upon, as a client of over 7 years, I should not have to complete an information update every time I visit… we are asked for name, address, phone number, ss#, insurance, history, etc. You have my information and history. If something has changed, that is the appropriate question to ask and totally fine. Please don’t ask me to waste my time and provide information that you already have in your computer system.

I was very impressed with all of the technology and knowledge of the staff and Dr Henry. Every thing was explained to me in clear and understandable terms. I felt that I had a thorough assessment and an action plan for the future. Also, the esthetics of the office were beautiful and calming.

I love this practice! I’m made very comfortable while having my teeth cleaned so well by Janice and Jessica. And the Drs Pierpan are wonderful and I trust them implicitly.

I'm a big chicken about going to the dentist. My experience at Pierpan has made me not dread going back. Dr. Monica, Janice, all the staff were friendly, explained everything they were doing, answered all my questions and concerns. It's taken me decades, but I finally found a dentist I feel safe and comfortable with.
