Eww.. I mean I guess they did okay and were nice when I needed to go there but that’s why they got 2 stars.
Most of the front staff are severely lacking personality and professionalism. A young member of my family left crying because of the check in person being so rude.
IT'S USUALLY VERY BUSY & CHAOTIC BUT ON THE NIGHT WE WENT... IT WAS SLOW & NON CHAOTIC!!!
There are A LOT of really bad reviews on this place. I have no clue where they are coming from. They were way faster than any doctor's office I've visited and it was quite busy when I showed up. The whole process was very quick and every employee I interacted with was kind and personable. The woman that drew my blood was fun and made me feel comfortable. I would be hard pressed to find a fault with my visit today.
Went there for my birth certificate. Nice lady. Took about 30 minutes
