Haggen Pharmacy

Due to an insurance change, after 13 years of being a loyal and extremely satisfied patient/ customer at QFC Pharmacy on 124th in Kirkland, I was forced to change my pharmacy to Haggen in Woodinville to remain in network and the results have been as horrible as I was afraid they would be. At QFC in Kirkland, I experienced over a decade of amazing, accurate, compassionate, highly competent care, and since becoming a FORCED customer of Haggen pharmacy 6 months ago, I’ve had the absolute opposite. Almost entirely negative experiences. Ones that have even been dangerous and required angry phone calls directly from a physician to resolve. Their customer service is abysmal. Their attention to detail and communication is the same. I have to find another solution. Maybe Costco, even it’s way more

Renee, pharmacist, and the pharmacy crew at Haggen have been amazing!! Kind, helpful, and treated me like a human when insurance/doctor loops were looping. I am so thankful!!! Great job!!!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Efficient. There were 3 people working, which was nice to see a pharmacy that wasn’t super understaffed.

Just went to pick up 4 prescriptions my doctor just wrote for me. Only one was available. For two of them, they had questions to ask my doctor about how she was using the medication. Very strange to me, but that was the cryptic answer I was given, and I was given no timeframe for when this would be solved. The fourth medication was not in stock and "might" be available in the morning. Thus, I only have one of my four medications that are part of my treatment plan. This is no way to bounce back to health.

Been going to them for years but super disappointed. I have a prescription I have to take DAILY and I contacted them three days in advance to get a refill. Refills usually take 24 hrs & I was told to come Thursday. I come on Friday and they say they weren’t able to get a new prescription refill because they couldn’t contact my doctor. Why was I not informed?? I could have contacted my doctor myself. Now I am left with no medication until Monday and this will cause me to have horrible symptoms. I will be changing pharmacies. Is it so much to ask for people to do their job?!
