Signature Smiles

I’ve been going to Signature Smiles for 5+ years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Dr. Wu, Kira, and the entire front office staff are amazing — extremely professional, warm, and always make you feel welcome. Beyond their personalities, I trust them to do excellent work, whether it’s a routine cleaning or replacing a crown. Dr. Wu is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. He’s even drawn a picture or two to help me better understand what’s going on with my teeth. Their pricing is fair, they are never pushy, and I’m very grateful I found them when I moved to Washington. Thanks team for taking care of my teeth (and encouraging me to do so at home too) ✨🦷🪥

The staff is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable They answer every question . I have never experienced a doctor that really understood my problems as Dr Wu did He explained to me step by step everything I needed. Also Dr. Wu was interested in all my past health issues and how that influence with my deteriorating bones and tooth. I felt wonderful at the dentist office and that is not easy for me to do! Dr. Wu is certainly very knowledgeable and enjoys taking his time to explain various dental related topics to you. However, when it comes to your dental health, Dr. Wu is guilty of what causes many so people to turn away from dentists, and that is shamelessly pushing unnecessary treatments on you. He seems more interested in filling up his book and charging your insurance than listening to you and tending to your needs. He pushed me on three separate occasions to get my wisdom teeth removed despite them being in perfectly healthy shape. The reason? Maybe, perhaps, one day in the future they will get cavities and it's just easier to get rid of them than to maintain them. I even asked the assistant, albeit somewhat jokingly, to tell the doctor I'm keeping my wisdom teeth before he sees me.

I have been going to Signature Smiles for at least 10 years now. I've always had a good experience, even for those "unpleasant" procedures. The atmosphere is nice and comfortable without being pretentious. The staff always feels knowledgeable and helpful as well.

Dr. Wu and his staff are great! They are knowledgeable professional. Dr. Wu is so skilled at filling tough cavities that I didn't need to get three crowns. Very talented.
