Advanced Care is the best dental practice. The staff is friendly and caring; their office is clean and well maintained; we have 3 insurance payers so billing can get challenging but they handle it all, with patience. If a dental emergency arises, there is always a dentist on-call. We get consistent reminders for appointments. They deserve these 5 stars!

I would give this place negative stars if that were possible. This is nothing short of a scam. I was explicitly told that they are contracted with my insurance and that my routine cleaning would be covered 100%. Despite this, my so-called “annual cleaning” ended up costing over $500 even with insurance, which is completely unacceptable. They quietly add charges without disclosure—most notably fluoride, which is commonly offered at no cost elsewhere, but here they charge $61 and never mention it in advance. Even worse, after the fact, they claim that routine cleanings are only covered 80% under their contract, directly contradicting what I was told beforehand.
