I show up not wanting to be there. Ana immediately helps me shes kind and warm and welcoming. So I get called back by Rebecca and go to the big scary chair in the back that I have been dreading and get situated. She's very kind i tell her im very nervous and i brought some emergency anxiety meds just in case (i didnt need them) and she immediately gets me engrossed in a conversation to keep me distracted and it worked...its like i have known her my entire life and while we are doing the full workup theres no falter in what i was assuming to be a façade. she seems to actually care about her patients....this is crazy this is so different from what i was expecting...so i stayed.....I see Dr. Yashi and thats when i knew shes my dentist. She starts with hey....this isnt as bad as it could be..

Overall, the office is great! Anna and Christine at Reception are phenomenal. Dr. Lee and his Perio Assistant are also fantastic. They clearly explained my recommended short-term and long-term treatment plans, as well as the portions of treatments my insurance would cover. My only disappointment was with Dr. Kaur, who I saw for my initial visit. She left me waiting in the chair for half of my 1.5-hour appointment while she attended to other patients. I didn’t even receive the cleaning I’d scheduled on my first visit. She also had the receptionist book me for unnecessary services I hadn’t agreed to, which I then had to cancel pending a consult with Dr. Lee. If I hadn’t waited for Dr, Lee’s consult, I would have paid $1,000 out of pocket for treatment that wasn’t necessary.

As a first time patient, the staff and atmosphere were so welcoming. I transferred from a different clinic and was concerned about the process of getting my paperwork, xrays, etc in order. However, Dr. Choi and the team made the experience extremely smooth with great knowledge and expertise. Highly recommended!

I have never in my 26 years of living had a greater dental experience than I did at Woodinville Modern Dentistry. I tried this dental office after moving to the area because of its great reviews. My visit began with X-rays and a saliva test. Dr. Baljinder Kaur said my bacteria levels were high and that I had several 5–6 mm gum pockets, diagnosing periodontal disease and recommending deep cleanings, laser therapy, and irrigation. I was then given a treatment plan totaling about $3,200 (four visits per year at roughly $800 each), which was shocking since my insurance only covers two standard cleanings annually.
