Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care PLUS - Hoboken

Went to urgent care as soon as I landed for a terrible case of food poisoning. Me and my sister were severely dehydrated feeling very weak with no energy. From check-in to discharge, the entire team was professional, compassionate, and efficient. They took the time to listen and made a stressful visit much easier. I really appreciate the excellent care. Thank you so much to the patient teach, nurse and MD! You guys rock& we really appreciate it.

I often work out of a music studio in Hoboken and I stopped into Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care for a problem with losing my voice, and I was so impressed and I felt compelled to write this review. I was seen without delay, only had to fill out a quick simple form that was half a page instead of the usual pages and pages of forms. From Alex at the front desk, to Kanisha who took my blood pressure etc., to Kevin the nurse and to doctor ElHussein, everybody was polite, respectful and answered all my questions without any inkling of being impatient or in a hurry, which is so rare these days! Hopefully I will not be having to go back anytime soon, but if I have any medical issue come up in the furure, I'm definitely going to head to these folks first!!!

NP Kevin and Dr. Elhussein assisted my wife with her medical needs. They are angels. The staff here were so accommodating. My wife feels so much better, thank you all.

Hackensack Meridian Primary Care at 5 Marine View Plaza charged me $300 for a 5-minute video call that they scheduled without telling me it would be billed separately. After my physical on April 17, they booked a May 5 call to “go over results” — misleading me into thinking it was a required part of my exam. At no point was I told it was optional or would cost $300. This violates the No Surprises Act, which prohibits billing without clear notice and consent. When I disputed it, I was made to come in person — only to be ignored. This is deceptive and possibly illegal.

This is the best urgent care facility that I have visited—much better than CityMD. I recommend it to everyone. Doctor Jemius Lee is the Angel of my day.
