This facility is amazing—truly one of the best urgent care centers in New Jersey! The staff is so sweet, attentive, and professional. They really take the time to listen, care about what you’re saying, and make you feel understood. From the front desk staff to the doctors, everyone was kind, welcoming, and helpful. The whole experience made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs quality care!

I accompanied my mother, who is deaf, to this urgent care facility for treatment of two separate medical issues. Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Xiao J. Chen and his staff was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. From the beginning, there was resistance to allowing my mother to use a Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) service, which is a basic and necessary accommodation for a deaf patient. Instead of ensuring clear communication, we felt that barriers were being put in place. Access to appropriate interpretation is not optional — it is essential for safe and respectful medical care. I have stated that it is the law for a deaf person to have interpretation under the Americans with disability act. During the visit, Dr. Chen was rude and dismissive. Hi, I went to this location. This is my second time and everyone is amazing and very helpful and caring. Also, the facilities is very clean. Dr. Bhingradia was outstanding she took care of me very well I highly recommend this place for everyone

Such a miserable experience. The doctor, name started with an O, can’t remember… didn’t do a single thing. I described my issue, told him that i had taken a few steps at home, and did he have any other suggestions? He said no, and he prescribed some random allergy pill, and sent me on my way. And with regards to the prescription, i waited half a day, then called the pharmacy and they said they never heard of it. I called this place back and they said they couldn’t send it because “their system was down all day.” I’m sympathetic to computer issues, but i am really skeptical if i would have gotten it if i didn’t call. I got a second opinion today at the place i recommend everyone use, AFC Urgent Care, which is literally less than 5 minutes away from here, in the shopping center with the Ta

Doctor was excellent, Xray was so fast and people were so nice. Only downside was the email told me to arrive 15 minutes before my 8am appointment. When I arrived doors were locked until 8:10 when someone finally arrived. Even the doctors were waiting outside in the freezing cold. Not acceptable.
