H-E-B Pharmacy

Pharmacist and staff are completely lazy and useless and rude. They have a hard time doing any work. These people are useless everything is a struggle and a burden.

My son is a CHD Warrior, and HEB is the only local drug store that can get his complicated compound medication in for his heart condition. Today my husband & I got a call from the HEB pharmacy just as we were pulling into the parking lot so i told him to go through the drive thru since it should hopefully be a little faster. when we get to the 2nd window, we tell the pharmacist that my sons medication could possibly be under 2 names, and she proceeds to get rude and say “i don’t see that medicine in, did we call you? i don’t see that we called you on our call log.” then when i proceed to tell her the number that i got called from the only response she could give me was “do you want me to get my pharmacist for you?” yes please, give me someone who won’t get irritated for doing their job. wh

These guys have no Idea how to fill prescriptions... they're system is always messing the dates up for refilling and customer service is HORRIBLE!!

We dont have Drive Through Pharmacies in Germany, unless that changed since 2018. Compared to other places I am glad you can go to the drive through to drop off and pick up medication. Is it fast, not necessarily, however given the high amount of regulations (DEA, FDA etc) that need to get researched before handing out prescriptions I consider a few minutes of wait time is not bad. I usually drop doctors note off and pick it up later or the next day. I am not the most patient person, but being pissy with somebody that gets my pain medication for me, just doesn't pass common sense.

A year ago this pharmacy was always amazing was a perfect representation of what H-E-B stands for. NOW absolutely horrible wait times are insane customer service is unprofessional and rude. While I understand they have a lot going on they could save themselves with communication and how they treat their customers. Who ever is in charge needs to do some team building and hospitality training in this pharmacy because it does not have the same morals and atmosphere that H-E-B is known for. Unacceptable.
