So thankful for the incredible staff at the Cibolo HEB pharmacy. Zach, Jonathan, and Brian are the best. They are so helpful, hardworking, friendly, and they are always smiling. They all go the extra mile in all that they do.
This has got to be the best pharmacy hands down!!! They are so quick to fill prescriptions and their staff is always so nice and helpful. Anytime i need help with finding an over the counter medication that my insurance wont cover they show me the options and always guide to the most affordable. Not to mention, they offer a discount if u need help paying out of pocket for perscritions . I recommend them to EVERYONE!!!
Worst drive thru tubes ever. I watched evey single person ahead of me struggle to use them. I'm switching my RX back to Schertz HEB just so I don't have to get beat up by it.
Im glad they treat everyone else well but every time I call it’s like I’m pulling teeth to get some basic help. Feels very standoffish for being HEB.
