I recommend looking into a different dentist and orthodontist for your children. In our experience, the dental side did not show the level of patience or concern we expected—particularly with Dr. Moya. We went in with specific concerns, were charged for the visit, and initially an assistant (not a hygienist) examined my daughter. After that, we were told she needed X-rays. Dr. Moya came in about 30 minutes later and informed me that seeing a hygienist would cost additional money. The interaction felt dismissive, and it was uncomfortable that there seemed to be frustration when I asked for the doctor to come in. As for orthodontics, the turnover has been high. Although I liked the orthodontists themselves, my son had three different orthodontists over the three years he was a patient there

I have been here twice in the last year with my two children. I initially selected this office off of the positive reviews. The atmosphere is really nice and welcoming for children, as they have toys and such to entertain them in the lobby. However, it is clear they seriously overbook patients without the staff to be able to accommodate. Most recently I had taken one of my children for his 6 month exam. The lobby was absolutely packed. We were taken to a room right at our appt time. The dental assistant got his x-rays, and did his teeth cleaning. He said we would need the hygienist to come in to get some plaque off. No problem. Well, we waited about a hour before that got done. Someone kept coming in the room to grab supplies and say that someone would be with us shortly. At this point we

We absolutely love Dr. Moya and Dr. Lauren. They are kind, professional, and welcoming. Their staff is also professional, accommodating, and informative. We never have any unexpected charges or issues. I definitely recommend coming here.

We’ve been going to Cibolo Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics for the past three years and have consistently been very happy with the quality of dental care. We recently started on the orthodontics side, and the experience has been just as excellent. Kenedee helped us today and did a wonderful job—friendly, professional, and thorough.

WORST DENTIST EVER! Dr. Moya is by far the worst pediatric dentist I have ever met. Rude. Condescending. Inpatient and quiet frankly mean. Absolutely no bed side manners. As a parent of small children I don't no tolerate anyone being unkind to my children. To bark orders and have no patience with a scared 4yrs is unacceptable. She did absolutely NOTHING to make him feel comfortable. This has happened twice. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and went back and received the same exact treatment. I even overheard her speaking very rudely and aggressive to my husband over something she “assumed” that happened but didn't.
