Dr Robert Griffith is incredible. I have been misdiagnosed for over a month and it’s been depressing me. He figured it out in 15 minutes and was so professional and kind. I’m emotional over this experience lol thank you so much!!!

Novartis representative and I kept calling the office, but we either don’t get an answer, are placed on hold for several minutes, or are promised a callback that never occurs. We've been attempting to correct a prescription they sent so I can receive my medication, but it's been 2-3 weeks without resolution. Your office might be understaffed, but this is unacceptable—getting a corrected prescription should not be so difficult.

I saw the older Dr Griffin today 7/25/25 for a spot of rough dry skin that itches tremendously. I absolutely think so highly of him, he is a great doctor and knows his business and treats his patients with respect and compassion. Thank you Dr Griffin for helping me out with my issue. You are the absolute best. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I saw Dr. Griffith Sr. Today and he was an absolute delight. He was compassionate, knowledgeable, and a great conversation! He diagnosed my skin issue with ease. 10/10

Let me say , my husband is the one that is a patient of Dr. Griffith and he likes him, thinks he is a good doctor. The issue and the reason this is being posted is because of their billing . My husband saw Dr Griffith 2/3/25. Received bill on 3/27/25, not just one but 3 of same bill on same day, which we felt was extreme . We immediately wrote a check for balance and mailed the same day. We received confirmation from bank it was cashed and cleared 4/9/25. We received another bill and call that he still owed the bill. He explained to caller it was already paid . I have been to the office 2 times to provide verification of it being paid .i have talked to billing . We have received that same bill 3 more times since it was paid . My husband just received another call today about this bill. T
