I was a patient for several years, followed him over to the new location & I was told if I made it to my appointment by 10 min late, they would still see me. The time changed to 11 minutes as I walked up & they said I had to reschedule after driving over an hour in traffic after work. I won't go back. 1 minute was the difference. That's terrible customer service. I guess they have enough patients they don't need me!

Called on the Friday before Christmas to try and get in due to an eye injury and they worked me right in being a new patient and everything! They were all so helpful and nice! Dr Meek treated the eye and was able to provide some relief. We loved this place and will definitely be making this our new eye doctor. 👌😁 Great staff and service !!

I am not the one that has time for reviews but I will take time to do this, been a patient with Dr Meek for a few years, I have a eye condition and Dr Meek treated my like a human unlike the other Dr's treating me like a test subject. Thank you Dr. Meek! Reason for visit today my frame failed and the staff took care of it within 5 minutes, talk about top notch!

Dr. Meek stuff is rude and I had to ask for my prescription three times before they made me a copy. I went somewhere else to get my glasses and to find out that the office stuff set up a work order to my insurance company that I purchased eye wear at Dr. Meeks office which I did not. I'm not planning on going back to this office because of the fraud.

I would give this five stars because of the great service I get from the dr. But the receptionist at the front desk is has the worst customer service everytime I call or come in. If it wasn't for the dr. I would never come back to this location. She needs some seriousl help with how to interact with customers.
