I wouldn't even give them a 1 star tbh. We went up there today bc my dog was bleeding out and we just wanted to end her suffering bc the vet said that they couldn't do anything for her and neither could we. So we went up there and my mom went in and paid for the shot then we waited for 1 1/2 hrs in 30 degre weather. For them to come and give the shot. and it wasn't even the actual doctor it was the nurse lady who helps us usually and she come up there on her day off to do it for us and she done it in like 20 min. I would never recommend going to there unless its the other doctor and not Dr Michel or something like that. 5 dogs that went in after us came out b4 they even come and gave the sedation shot. I want to start off by stating that as a pet owner, I know just how important vets offices are and how hard the employees work; I've also worked for a vet in the past. But this place was highly disorganized and the Vets and Office Manager need to address this issue so that the front office can run more efficiently and be less stressful for the employees and the clients. It was my first time in there. 4 people at the desk. I went to pick up a medication for a friend. I'd called earlier and spoken with 2 people, and had it all sorted. But when I got there, the people I spoke with on the phone were gone. I was told no notes were left in the system, and they tried to give me the wrong medication. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My FIV + cat has a URI and pneumonia. My fiancé and I were out of town for a week and had a pet sitter who was taking him to the vet to get his medicine 2 times a day. Our primary vet closes at 1pm on Thursday’s so they suggested our pet sitter take him here so he doesn’t miss a dose because missing a dose could potentially make them sicker. My fiancé called them in the morning and was told they were able to pill him even if he wasn’t a client. when our pet sitter brought our cat in, they were turned away and very rudely told them they didn’t have an appointment. My fiancé then called the hospital to remind them that he was confirmed to come later that day. the vet tech that answered the phone apologized for the misunderstanding and confirmed that he would

I got my Doberman’s ears cropped here. They’re wonderful caring people. I called 10-12 other places this is one of the only place in the upstate that crops Dobermans ears. They did a wonderful job, I will definitely come back if I get another Doberman (:
