Possibly the best massage of my life. First time booking here, the staff are all so friendly and professional. They took care of billing my insurance, and I was able to book an appointment super quickly. Elias was my masseuse, he is so knowledgeable and gave the perfect amount of feedback to ensure the pressure etc. was right. He asked a few questions ahead of the massage and then skillfully treated the exact areas. Highly recommend!

I love getting my massage, cranial sacral, and Accupuncture appointments here. All therapists are excellent and the staff is really kind and nice. They have enough therapists where it is easy to find an appointment. I wish they had more cranial sacral therapists as they are so popular, they tend to book months in advance. They take insurance but if your insurance doesn’t cover sessions they also have packages you can buy which makes the sessions more budget friendly. Highly recommended!

So the front desk did not give me all the details that my referral expired on December 15 and I actually scheduled the appointment in October. I spoke to the front desk manager and she told me it is the process to look at the referral before scheduling the appointment and that was not done. They called me on Sunday to tell me that I don't need to pay on Monday because my referral expired and it's pending on insurance and did not explain that to me that during that period if it's not covered, that I will be responsible for it since I did not have a referral on file they made it seem that I should be fine I can still come and did not explain anything to me. Update. Management reached out and remedied the situation. I have revised my rating based on my experience from the complemented massage session. The Green Lake Health is conveniently located, and there is usually ample parking on-site. The massage rooms are clean and well-maintained. The massage therapists provide quality service, and are generally experienced and licensed. I revised my rating to 4 stars. However booking a session still remain challenging, due to its popularity. I've gotten massages from multiple providers here and always have a wonderful experience. They are receptive to pressure feedback and give careful focus to the areas that need the most work. The ambiance is very relaxing too. Yes, the wait list can be a month out or more, but I think it's a testament to the quality of services offered here that repeat customers book up slots early. The new provider special is a great way to get an appointment soon and save money.
