Green Acres Nursing and Rehab

The care given to my mom the two years she's been there been outstanding. They have taken good care of my mom Pattie Deshields health needs. My mom will be 90 years old soon and I am happy to say we are Blessed.

They kinked the hose in her oxygen tube and I fixed it only to come back the next day and find it kinked again. My wife was deprived of the proper amount of oxygen for at least one full day, most likely more. Their so-called physical therapy is a joke at best. She needed her leg muscles improved so she could walk and got very little. DON'T PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE.

Although there are some dedicated individuals at this Rehabilitation facility, I would strongly advise to Stay Away from this facility. No Follow up on written Grievances . No notification when patient was transferred from Green Acres by Ambulance to Emergency room for Emergency care. No Follow up on welfare of said patient. Lack of Compassion from evening care providers. Social Worker assigned was inept and lacked any Follow up to issues brought to her attention. Overall, as Stated there are many good nurses, That obviously cared for my Mother, the Negative impact from the poor few care providers and the lack of Follow up to Grievances and Social workers assigned leads me to place this poor review.. I've had More Follow up to Service providers like Carpet Cleaning, and auto repair ser

Pretty sure my sister got sepsis from this spot. Staff is rude. And I'm 98% sure the reviews are either paid or fake posted by the employees. Be wary of them if your loved ones "falls out the bed" and ends up in the hospital. Definitely don't recommend.

My uncle is currently here for rehab and the care he’s been getting, I’m very pleased with. I love how you walk in and don’t smell urine which tells me they’re taking care of the patients how they should be. Thank you staff for being so caring and considerate
