Great first impression! From booking my first appointment, to immediately have to change it and then showing up to the office the very next day. Everybody was extremely professional, pleasant interactions and personalized. From the two Ashleys, Faith at the front desk, to the Doctors, every interaction was just so pleasant. And addressed by my name the entire time. Highly recommend this Dental office. 5 stars.

Good morning! Today I continued my healthy dental journey and the staff here at the Laplata location is nothing short of amazing. I have BAD dental anxiety from previous dental care. Everyone here is aware of that and from the time I walked through the door I felt completely comfortable . Extremely nervous but still comfortable. Ashley who did my cleaning was very aware of my needs to make and keep me comfortable. She was extremely patient and reassured me that I was doing great. That made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. Next it was time to see the doctor, I don’t remember her name because I was too busy trying to see the tools she was going to use lol. I hadn’t been to a dentist in 10+ years, and this experience was a 10/10! The entire staff made me feel very welcomed and at ease. They listened to my concerns and addressed all of my dental problems. Also big shoutout to my hygienist! She was so nice and amazing, I now have super clean pretty teeth!(:

I sought a dental office with (Spanish-speaking) professionals, as I feel more comfortable communicating in my first language. This was the primary reason I chose to visit this practice. During my appointment, I was assisted by (Ingris Gomez) who was professional and exceptionally courteous from the very beginning. Absolutely amazing!!!! I have been traumatized by the dentist since childhood into adulthood and constantly kept putting off my dental appts. Horizon Family Dental welcomed me in with a nice and calm manner. The energy in the office was pleasant which helped with my anxiety.The customer service is Superb! The staff all catered to my needs and my fears during the process. I love how modern the office looks and the amenity of being able to watch my Netflix shows during my procedure was a perfect distraction! Most of all I admire how I felt heard about my dental fears and prior experiences which they took inconsideration as far as being gentle when it came to my procedure.
