First thing you need to understand about Neibauer, is that it is not your traditional dentist who will follow you through your phases of dental care. This establishment is all about making money and will cycle you though well attempting to get every last dollar from you or your insurance company. Want to go in for a routine cleaning? They will force you to take X-rays until you glow. Want to get an exam? More x-rays. Want your teeth whitened? More x-rays. They are not concerned about your health, just the money they get paid for as many x-rays as they can get. If you refuse the x-rays, they will refuse you service. I had the best experience with Neibauer in La Plata. The dental assistant/hygentis was amazing!!! Her name is Amari. She was very gentle and explained every step of the process. This is the best experience I've had in a long time and she should be recognized for it. If you go there ask for Amari. I hope I'm spelling her name correctly

Jen was amazing ! She made me feel very comfortable. She talked to me throughout my appointment, and she was super supportive and careful when rendering my care. Dr. Kim administered my exam. She was super thorough, yet quick and efficient. Truly a 10/10 experience!

No complaints about my experience. Easy to make an appointment and complete paperwork online in advance. Little wait time and moved through my general cleaning efficiently. I do feel like the mention of Invisalign felt more like a sales pitch than anything.

Amazing experience! Everyone is super kind and attentive. My husband and I both had an appointment around the same time, and we brought our baby with us. The employees worked with us to ensure that we, along with our baby, were comfortable. I've never felt so at ease at a dentist office before. Great dental work and customer service!
