I had an exceptional experience at Great Expressions Dental Centers – North Dade, and I’m truly grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown by the entire team. People are often quick to write reviews when they want to complain about poor service, but it is just as important to recognize when we receive great service and care. Everything happens for a reason.I was originally scheduled at another dental office, but they canceled my appointment the day before. One thing that stood out to me was that the office listed multiple languages spoken by the staff, which I really appreciated. Dr. Smith and her team were absolutely amazing! They took such great care of my niece and made the whole experience so comfortable for her. The office is very clean, welcoming, and full of wonderful people who truly care about their patients. Dr. Smith’s team is honestly the best pediatric team I’ve seen so far. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. I will definitely be recommending this office to my family and friends. Awesome place!

This was my very first visit and everyone was amazing. The receptionists were both friendly and helpful, I had to work late and was late for my appointment, they were very accommodating. Dr. Scott’s dental assistant Jackie did my X-rays she was friendly, kind and personable. I felt right at home. Dr. Scott made me feel very comfortable she took the time to speak to me and got to know me a little better. Even with her busy schedule. I truly recommend this dental office to anyone who is uncomfortable with dentist.

Outstanding customer service as well as the staff. They made me feel like I was their main priority. Both ladies took their time and explained everything that needs to be done. Keep up the great work see you guys in the near future.
