I saw doctor Barlette today as well as another very kind man with her. I really wanted to take my time to recognize (and you all should too!) doctor Barlette for her absolutely amazing service today! I came in super nervous as it was my wisdom teeth being removed. She was so kind, informative, compassionate (she noticed I wasn’t feeling good after the IV because I’m a baby and hates needles lol she went out of her way to get me a cold cloth & get me comfortable ♥️) she kept conversation with me and really made me walk into my procedure feeling WAY better than I did when I walked in. She’s a very sweet woman and truly deserves the best!! I hope you all at the office love & appreciate her as much as I did today!

This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. The dentist himself is cocky and rude, and he really doesn’t actually do anything or take the time to explain your dental health whatsoever AT ALL. He comes in for two seconds and looks at your teeth and leaves. As a dentist you should care about your patients and try your best to help them, this man does not. All he cares about is a paycheck clearly. Extremely disappointed and I will never come back.

Yesterday I had a tooth extraction and it was performed by not only a wonderful oral surgeon but a wonderful support staff. I would highly recommend Grand lake dental for an a dental procedures that you might require.

My family has used this facility for over a decade. We've never really had anything wrong with our teeth. At the beginning of March, 2021, my son had his 6-month check up. He comes back out with a hygienist who tells me that he has a cavity and BONE EROSION in his jaw due to a misaligned tooth. The "friendly" office staff make sure that I have all the paperwork explaining the COST for the filling and their Invisalign - which they want paid for upfront, no payment plan. And no other option is discussed. NO doctor spoke with me. NO X-rays were shown to me. Just here's what's wrong, here's how you pay us. Plus, it was a new dentist in the practice who examined him, who I knew nothing about until after the new dentist saw him. I took my son to an Orthodontist. They did X-rays and took
