Very nice, clean facility. The therapy team are friendly and helpful. Nursing staff are prompt and knowledgeable, great at answering questions and getting information to providers. The residents are always doing fun activities and going on outings. A wonderful facility for a loved one to get top notch care 💗

I love the staff here. Crystal in activities is amazing with the patients. Her dedication and love for the residence shows. Madison in marketing has a bright positive attitude. We love being around her. Sara at the front desk is very polite and welcoming to our families and visitors. Lauren in the Social service department is awesome with our families and very helpful with the transition of our new residents. Ashley our MDS nurse helps with building our plan of care for our new patients with preference to things they want done for them by our staff. Brandy in our dietary department prepares meals that make you feel like your at home with a wide variety of choices delicious. Our Therapy department is a very strong team with rehab to home, positivity and motivation of our residence

Having to move our mom to an assisted living facility was a difficult decision, we were concerned about how she would react to not living independently. Since she's moved into the Gardens at Celina, she is happier, healthier and having so much fun! The staff is truly incredible and anytime I visit, I can tell they care about my mom and all of the other residents. I could not be more pleased with the support she recieves!

The entire staff and administration team is absolutely top notch! They have made my mom feel so comfortable and included! She loves it so much. She has found her place at the Gardens at Celina! Thank you all!
