My dog has been having off and on ear issues so I was able to find a vet recommended by a friend so I made an appointment during the phone call I mentioned that my dog is anxious and I never push him past the limit of discomfort often and he’s a rescue so I’m not sure how he reacts at vets so I asked for a sedative or the possibility of putting him under and maybe doing extra stuff if needed they said no they had to see him first i understanded that and hoped they would understand my part to. They didn’t I got there and the lady’s were so nice and friendly and touching him so I kind of eased my nerves some then we got in the room and the vet assistant needed a ear sample I understand and held my dog well he figured out her plan and nipped at her (not getting skin just a warning) so I said

I recently took my dog to the animalhospital, and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly thorough in explaining what was going on with my dog and all the treatment options available. Everything was communicated clearly and without any rush, which made the whole visit very reassuring. I truly appreciated their care and attention. Highly recommend!

We took our older kitty in for a check up as she had been having an issue and also we were getting ready to travel to Canada. Found them to be very thorough, prompt, and great at explaining the options of what we needed to do and why. Would highly recommend them for your pet care! ♥️
