Family Audiology Associates

My appointments have been with Dr Chelsea Dietz for diminished, age related hearing loss. I just cannot say enough about how much she has helped me feel very comfortable as I travel through this new chapter in my life. She has explained each step, and answered every question. She has addressed my fears and concerns with kindness and compassion. She has gone above and beyond my expectations. I HIGHLY recommend her to everyone.

I have inherited hearing loss which was driving me crazy. I am also in sales which not being able to hear wasn’t helping matters. I needed checked and Dr Hunter got me started with Oticon hearing enhancers. I wore those for 7 years with very few issues. If there were any, they got repaired quickly. After the first pair I moved up to full blown hearing aids. I wore those for 7 more years. Dr Hunter and the other ladies have been very supportive with my needs. And I am on my third pair and these are pretty neat. Blu toothed to my phone, I can hear so clearly when I am on the phone. I have been with Family Audiology now for over 15 years and have no complaints.

The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr. Hunter was awesome and very thorough in her testing and in explaining what options were available to me. I personally had no idea just how much my hearing had deteriorated over the years but with my new hearing aids I am amazed at what I've been missing out on in group conversations and even one on one discussions. No more frustration from straining to hear in meetings or in a crowded atmosphere while dining out with my wife. The change has been remarkable and I'm really happy with the results. I cannot recommend Family Audiology and Associates enough.

Dr Ellen Hunter explained to me in detail my hearing loss issues. She is very professional and made it a very positive experience. The staff is friendly and very professional as well. I highly recommend Family Audiology to anyone of any age!

The team at the Family Audiology facility is second to none! Their kindness, compassion and concise communication made our experience easy to understand and enabled clear guidance in our decision making on behalf of our family. I would rate them higher than 5 stars if possible! Awesome team!
