Dr. Laura Neuhaus and her staff are a step above any vet we have had to use for our pets. Over the years we have to bring our pets for everything from check ups to their final moments. She has treated all of our fur kids as if they were her own. Kind , compassionate, informative at all levels. The staff doesn't make you feel.like number but family. Thank you for all they do please don't ever change.

When I got to Grafton animal hospital they could not see Drake but tha front desk receptionist told me what to give him to eat until she schedule me a appointment for Saturday when I got there Saturday they took Drake to check him over and his doctor and her helpers was very thorough and polite i will suggest anyone with a animal to Go there thank you Grafton animal hospital and staff member

I had an emergency situation with an eight week old baby cockatoo. They were booked but had us come in immediately on a Saturday morning with very short business hours. Once he was home, he was still having issues but there was constant communication throughout the weekend and we were able to get the immediate care that was needed to save his life. From the front desk manager to the doctor and vet tech, we were treated with compassion and respect. Everyone had a genuine desire to pull the baby through his illness. They have all gone over and beyond with the vet tech even taking him home at night while we had to go out of town to make sure he was going to be okay. Brought my daughter's hamster here because he has not been acting normal at all! The staff was very kind and caring! We went home with antibiotics and our hamster got much better! Also had brought our dog here because our normal vet couldn't see him for a few days and Grafton was able to get him right in. The outcome was not what we wanted but they office was awsome and very carring!! They even relied to my text messages after our appointment!

Grafton Animal Hospital is very responsive when it comes to getting appointments or questions answered about care. Their boarding process is quick and easy and our puppy absolutely adores the team! (They only feed the boarded animals the best quality food (Hills Science Diet) as well.) When we come to pick him up, he never wants to leave!
