GR Family Dental

My first visit to this practice, having recently moved to the area. All the staff I encountered were friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. The dentist was also friendly, explained what would be happening on this first visit, and took steps that will streamline my next visit. So far, so good.

I had a dental emergency and Colleen was extremely kind and said, “ we’ll get it taken care of.” This was on an extremely busy Monday morning. Dr Steve Mancewicz, assisted by Courtney quickly diagnosed and treated my problem. Then Colleen called and got us in to an Endodontist. Incredibly professional care all the way around. They all showed so much care and concern for my situation. I am so thrilled with the dental care in this office from ALL staff. Well done team. Well done!

Wonderful and caring staff! I had Sammie as my dental hygienist technician and she was absolutely awesome. Dr. Alex was great as well. My husband and I both go to GR Family Dental and it has always been a great experience. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit to GR Family Dental. My dental hygienist, Amanda, was exceptional. She was polite, professional and very thorough. As a new patient, she took the time to establish a "baseline" by documenting existing conditions related to my teeth and gums. I also sensed she genuinely cares about her patients. Dr. Steve, as well as the office staff, were also very polite and professional. Unlike other medical offices, the office staff took the time to confirm my insurance would cover x-rays rather than leaving that task to me. If you're looking for a Grand Rapids-area dentist, I would recommend GR Family Dental.
