Review for Good Samaritan Hospital – A Day Full of Angels (and a Radiology Rant) I had quite the rollercoaster of a visit at Good Samaritan Hospital recently, and I want to take a moment to shout out the incredible staff that made a difficult day feel a whole lot more human. Dr. Ellen was nothing short of amazing — knowledgeable, attentive, and everything you'd hope for in a physician when you're not feeling your best. Nurse Brianna was sweet, gentle, and kind, with a calming presence that made all the difference. Gail, the X-ray tech, was a ray of sunshine — funny, sweet, and made the process feel easy. All the staff were wonderful. However, the ER had no one waiting, yet we were there for 3 1/2 hours. Interminable wait for radiology, then for results, then for dis charge paperwork. And when we got home, realized the education material we received was in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish. Again, the staff were great.

The reception, including check-in was wonderful. They were all very polite and trying their best in making the patient feel secure. The medical staff were truly professionals and were seemingly working together as a team.

The ER department is the WORST place to go if you have a medical emergency, are in serious pain. DO NOT GO THERE.!!!! If there was 0 star, that would be their rating. They don’t even deserve the 1 star.

My ER experience wasn’t bad even as an employee of the company I am quite surprised of the way I was handled overall, To have dedicated over 10 years of service to the company and be disregarded is beyond me …. I happened to check in twice into the ER while on duty and both days were OK Saturday specifically I was more comfortable and happy with the service and treatment I received from the staff as opposed to the first day … fast-forward to operation. I spoke with I believe an OB hospitalist(night) her name starts with an L if I can recall … till this day, I have not seen or heard from her after performing an emergency operation usually the provider wakes you up or follows up to let you know that everything went well or what their discovery was this lady never said anything to me and it’s
